- Tenders are invited for Purchase of Personal Safety and Protection Materials. Procurement of Protective coats, women's overall or coveralls, Hats, Waterproof jackets or raincoats,s and Tents Procurement of Safety Shoes for Men and Women Procurement of Protective Gloves Leather and Plastic. Eye Safety Glass, Frist Aid Kit, and Mask or respirators filters Bid closing date: 31st at 2:00 PM (Local Time) Bid opening date: 31st at 2:30 PM (Local Time) Region: Oromia Bid document price: Birr 100.00 A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 100 birr. The method of payment will be in bank. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before the 31st at 2:00 PM (Local Time) and will be open the same day at 2:30 PM (Local Time) on 31st calendar Day on the Announcement of the Ethiopian Herald. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders' designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below striate address at the end of this invitation and also bidders should submit sealed bid documents containing one original and two copy. All bids must be accompanied by a "Bid Security" CPO or unconditional Guarantee issued by a Bank for Lot-1, 10,000 (Ten Thousand Birr) Lot-2/10,000 (Ten Thousand Birr) and Lot-3 10,000 (Ten Thousand Birr) Totally for Lot 1,2 & 3 are = 30,000 (Thirty thousand) birr only from a reputable Bank prepared in the name of Jimma City Administration Finance office.
