- Tenders are invited for Purchase of Photocopy Paper A4 Size Quantity-50,000.00 Bid closing date: Apr 29, 2022 5:00 PM Bid opening date: Apr 30, 2022 10:00 AM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: Birr 100 Bid bond: Birr 100,000.00 The bid document shall be obtained commencing from Monday April 18, 2022 during office hours (Monday to Friday) from 8:00AM-12:00AM and from 1:00PM-5:00PM and Saturday from 8:00AM-12:00AM until bid closing date at Rang Real Estate 7th floor around Bole Rwanda adjacent to shoa shopping center Centre, Office of the procurement Team. A complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of non-returnable fee of Birr 100 (Birr one hundred only) at Cooperative Bank of Oromia's Finfine branch in cash. Bid document must be delivered to Rang Real Estate 7th floor around Bole Rwanda adjacent to shoa shopping center Centre, Office of the procurement Team on or before 29 April, 2022. Bid proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond amount of Birr 100,000 (one hundred thousand in the form of unconditional Bank guarantee or CPO in the name of Cooperative Bank of Oromiya which is valid for 120 days in a separate envelop attached with the technical part of the bid document. Bid bond in any other form is not acceptable. Bidders must submit their Technical and Financial document in one Original and one Copy - all separately signed and wax sealed. The complete bid must be submitted in one original, clearly marked "ORIGINAL" and one copy also, clearly marked "COPY" and each envelops shall be separately signed and wax sealed which in the event of any discrepancy between them the Original will prevail - then both of which will be submitted in an envelope sealed and clearly marked with "Photo copy Paper A4 size 80gm Ream", Bids will be opened at the bank's VP, Finance and Facility Management Meeting room, Bole Rwanda, Adjacent Shoa Shopping Center, Rang Real State 9th floor on April 30, 2022 at 10:00 AM. Bidders may not present in the opening ceremony due to COVID-19.
