Tenders are invited for Purchase of Polythene Tubes Bid closing date: Apr 18, 2022 10:00 AM Bid opening date: Apr 18, 2022 10:30 AM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 200.00 (Two Hundred) Bid bond: 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand) A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by any interested bidders from the date of this announcement in 'The Ethiopian Herald' up on payment of non-refundable fee of birr 200.00 (Two Hundred) during working hours from our Head Office, 4th floor, Office No.401, located around Kebena Beliar/OiLibya Fuel Station. Bidders should submit currently renewed license for 2014 EFY, VAT & Tax Registration certificate, and registration certificate in suppliers list. All bids must be accompanied by bid security amounting birr 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand) in the form of CPO/unconditional bank guaranteel issued by a recognized domestic bank in the country All bidders must provide a separate Financial offer Original, copy, bid security & supporting documents in a separate wax sealed for each document, in one big envelop for each bids, duly marking the inner envelop as "original and copy”. Bidders should submit their offer including samples as stated in the bid document to OFWE's Head Office on/or before April 18,2022 2022 (ሚያዚያ 10 ቀን 2014 ዓ.ም) 10:00AM and the bid will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives on the same date at 10:30AM. It is impossible for any bidders to quote bid price based on price offered by any other bidder. Late bid shall not be accepted and return unopened.
