- Tenders are invited for Purchase a Submersible Pump. Save the Children International (Sci, Ethiopia) Wants to have Potential Suppliers to Deliver Submersible Pumps. Category: Pump Related Closing Date: 03/01/2023 SAVE THE CHILDREN INTERNATIONAL (SCI, Ethiopia) the world-s leading independent non-profit organization for children intends to purchase a Submersible pump. The detailed list of product specifications is stated in the bid document. Our office wants to have potential suppliers to deliver Submersible pumps. These products are intended to be procured and distributed in save the children operational areas. Hereby invites potential suppliers to submit a sealed tender in accordance with the Service Details, Instructions to Bidders, and General Terms and Conditions of Purchase as described hereunder: Potential suppliers may obtain the tender documents against payment of a non-refundable amount of ETB 100 birr from Save the Children International Country Office, Ethiopia, Addis Ababa, close to Meskel Square, near the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Google map address: Save the Children Ethiopia P.O. Box. 387, starting from February 20, 2023, up to March 1st, 2023, during working hours. Eligibility Documents - Valid Business License (E.C. 2015), VAT &, Tax Payers- Certificate Bid Security in the name of “Save the Children International” amounting to ETB 50,000 in the form Of CPO or bank guarantee valid for a period of at least 3 months starting from the date of tender Submission must be in a Separate Envelop on the original technology. (Cash and insurance bonds are not accepted) and should be presented in a separate envelope. Company profile listing the bidders- address, branches, structure, resources…etc. Evidence of past satisfactory performance on the provision of similar service. Declaration of acceptance to SCI-s statement of requirement, terms/conditions, policies, and other criteria listed on the bid document and so on Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope of original and copy of technical and financial documents separately, bearing an official company seal, and clearly marked by the “bidders- name, address, and the tender reference number and title as stated above. The tender must be submitted in the bid box prepared for the purpose at SCI offices in Addis Ababa Country Office on March 1st, on or before 02:00 PM. Save the Children Procurement Committee will open tender responses on March 2nd, at 10AM. SCI reserves the right to accept or reject this bid, in partial, or in its entirety.
