- Expression of Interest are invited for Purposes of Putting up Retail Shops (Experience Centers) The buildings should meet the following criteria Located in the commercial district of the cities (include coordinates of the building in GIS format or google pin). The available space should be front-facing and have a good ground floor view without any obstructions. Size ranging from 100 to 200 Square Meters. The building should have an approved development plan from the respective Government Institution Building whose dues, including rates, are all cleared rates with the respective local authorities. Documentation of ownership as business entity (leased) or as Individual. The building that is connected to electricity grid power and reliable water supply Accessible via main road and parking available. The building meets organizational standards for health and Safety.
