Tenders are invited for Quality & Quantity Survey Services for Coal at Discharge Port Oftadjorah, Djibouti Bids opening date: Nov 19, 2021 08:00 AM Bid document price: Birr 200.00 A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by an interested bidder from the Enterprise's Head Office Room No.608 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (two Hundred Birr). Bids in a sealed envelope shall be submitted in a box prepared for this purpose in Room No.608 at the Enterprise's Head Office or may be sent by registered mail to “Ethiopian Petroleum Supply Enterprise P.O. Box 3375 Addis Ababa, Ethiopia” so as to reach no later than November 19, 2021, at 14:00 hours local time. Bids directly received by fax, E-mail, or cable shall be rejected. The bids received shall be opened on November 19, 2021, at 14:00 hour local time at the conference hall of the Enterprise in the presence of interested bidders or their duly authorized representatives. The Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reasons thereof.
