- Expression of Interest are invited for Recruit a Consultant for Final Project Evaluation and Impact Assessments The services included under this project are as follows. The main objective of the assignment is to undertake an end of project evaluation for DRSLP I & DRSLP II, in which the implementation process, the outputs and outcomes attained under the different components and effectiveness of the project towards the attainment of the anticipated Project Development Objective (PDO), will be critically reviewed, analysed and documented. The assignment will be to conduct a detailed assessment, critical analysis and preparation of comprehensive report on the results achieved, impacts and sustainability of the project. The consulting firm will also suggest strategic and operational recommendations that can be used to inform the design of next phase of the DRSLP and other similar projects or programs.
