Bid closing date: October 26, 2022 Bid opening date: Oct 26, 2022 10:00 AM Region: Addis Ababa Remember the Poorest Community (RPC) is an indigenous NGO established in 1999 with a renewed registry number 0727 in accordance with Civil Society Organizations Proclamation no. 1113/2019. RPC envisions to see destitute every child, woman, and community achieving life in all its fullness. Remember the Poorest Community (RPC) needs to outsource the process of transitioning from the current practice of using Generally Accepted Accounting Practices (GAAP) to International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) in order to comply with Proclamation No 847/2014 Requirements of Conversion of Financial Systems of Remember the Poorest Community to IPSAS Renewed business license TIN and VAT registration certificate Evidence for paying recent government taxes Experience in auditing IPSAS/IFRS-based accounting Certificate of Professional Competence issued by AABE and other related international institutions. Firm profile with proper evidence of providing similar services The audit firm must have experience in International/Local NGO Auditing The time frame required to complete the task The fee amount for the audit service.
