- Scope of the service and expected deliverables: - (Only National Firm is allowed to participate on this Bid') From the 15th to the 19th, the UNDP Regional Service Centre for Africa (RSCA) Building will host an Open House. This event will run concurrently with the African Union (AU) Summit and willfeature various side-events related to the summits agenda. Major objective of this consultancy is to provide the below-mentioned items and services for: The high-level Policy Dialogue (February 15), The Open house Exhibition (15-16) The launch of the Sahel HDR (16 February) and The ABC Film screening (16 February) Expected Deliverables (detail available on the attached ToR): - I. Develop and share a detailed event management plan, per event II. Collaborate and communicate efficiently with UNDP designated staff as well as with other providers (photographer, videographer, the venue staff, etc.) III. Venue setup (2nd and 3rd Floors) and decoration in alignment with themes. IV. Provide live stream for each event on social media. V. Provide updates beforeand during the event, as well as any necessary documentation and report after the event. VI. Logistics a. Conference Materials b. Printing materials
