- Tenders are invited for Reducing Neonatal and Maternal Mortality Project in South Omo Zone (Rnmmp-So) (Jinka) Bid closing date: within 10 calendar days from the date of announcement on newspaper Bid opening date: No Specific Opening Date Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 200.00 Birr Norwegian Lutheran Mission (NLM) here invites interested consulting firms to "BID" for consultancy assignments for two independent projects as indicated hereunder: 1.Title of consultancy:- Final evaluation of the project "Reducing Neonatal and Maternal Mortality Project in South Omo zone (RNMMP-SO) (Jinka); based on the project ToR. 1.1.Consultant type required:- experience in evaluating social projects, particularly public health-related projects. 1.2.Qualification and expertise:- Knowledge, understanding and experience in evaluating social projects like public health with particular emphasis in the field of neonatal and maternal health is an asset; 1.3.Logistics arrangement:- NLM can arrange transport from project field office located in Jinka to project sites and back to Jinka; And 2. Title of the consultancy:- Midterm evaluation of Clean And Safe Environment Project (CASEP) based on the provided ToR; 2.1.Consultant type required:- experience in evaluating social projects particularly Environment related projects; 2.2.Qualification and experiences:- Knowledge and understanding of environmental protection and management. - Proven experience and competency in Clean and Safe Environment protection and management with a particular focus on used plastic water bottles and waste material collection and disposal to keep the environment safe and clean. 2.3.Logistics arrangement:- The consulting firm will be responsible for arranging transport for its experts during the fieldwork; Other requirements for both projects' evaluations are indicated below Contracting organization:- Norwegian Lutheran Mission (NLM); Duration of the consultancy:- 20 days; Tax provision:- The consulting firm will be responsible for the government tax in line with this consulting work; Appraisal standard:- Profile of consulting firm together with CVs of two experts of which one should be female, and at least 2 to 3 written performance recommendations required; women applicants are encouraged; Technical and Financial proposal:- internal work plan and detailed budget breakdown including expected daily rates are required; Terms of Reference:- The ToR can be collected from the NLM office located in Addis Ababa, in the Kazanchis area, in front of the Meles Zenawi Foundation, by paying ETB 200.00 (two hundred) for each consultancy service within 10 calendar days from the date of announcement on newspaper and submit their technical and financial proposal to the same.
