Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation and Pumping Test of Drill Wells for Hot Water Bids opening date: Sep 28, 2021 10:30 AM Bid document price: Birr 200.00 Bid bond: Birr 70,000.00 A. SPA Service Enterprise invites all interested and eligible bidders for Rehabilitation and Pumping Test of drill wells for hot water in SPA Service Enterprise B. The BID document shall be obtained from SPA Service Enterprise office up on payment of non-refundable fee Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr only) during working office hours (Monday to Friday; from 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM) starting from the date of Advertising C. Bid must be accompanied by bid bond / bid security of Birr 70,000.00 (Seventy Thousand Birr only) in the form of CPO or Bank guarantee in favor of SPA Service Enterprise. Bid documents shall be submitted in separate sealed envelopes labeled "Original” and “Copy” both for technical and financial proposals sealed and deposited separately in the bid box prepared for this purpose starting from September 07,2021 to September 28.2021 G.C_ working day. D. Appropriate bid documentary evidences demonstrating its compliance, which shall include: Its renewed trade license and equivalent Its tax clearance certificate, VAT and TIN registration certificates Its certificate of registration and supplier list from the mandated public body Any relevant legal and professional practice certificates. E The closing date is September 28, 2021 G.C at 4:00 AM Local time and the bid process will be attended by the bidders or their legal representatives. And Bid opening shall be held on Tuesday September 28, 2021 G.O at 10:30 AM Local time at Procurement office in the presence of bidders/legal representatives. F. SPA Service Enterprise shall reserves the right to accept or reject the bid fully or partially.
