- Tenders are invited for Renewal of Collaboration Solution License of Office 365 E3 Bids opening date: Nov 22, 2021 10:10 AM Bid document price: 200.00 (two Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand) ETB Bidders can obtain tender documents before November 22, 2021, 10:00 AM from the Ministry Finance, procurement and property Administration directorate, Office No 36 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 200.00. The proposal should be submitted to Ministry of Finance, procurement and property Administration directorate on or before November 22, 2021, 10:00 AM The bid completing of the technical and financial documents must be delivered in separate sealed, waxed and stamped envelopes in one copies labeled as original and copy. All copies of the bids shall be submitted in separate envelopes i.e. the (technical and financial) and outer envelopes, duly marked as "ORIGINAL” and “COPY” both for the technical proposal and Financial offer." The bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 50,000.00 with CPO or unconditional bank guaranty as mentioned in the SBD. Pricing, based on other bidders is not allowed. Bids will be closed on November 22, 2021 10:00 AM. And will be opened the same day with the presence of bidders and/or their representatives at the Ministry Finance hall at 10:10 AM
