- Tenders are invited for Renovation Work for Huruta Health Centers A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders starting from September 22, 2021. At Arsi zone MNCH Project located at Iteya City. Phone: +251-913-382-217 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee ETB 400 from Good Neighbors Ethiopia. The method of payment shall be in cash. Bid document price: Birr 400.00 Bid bond: 2% All bids must be accompanied by: a) A Signed Bid Form, b) Registration/Trade Certificate (Legal Status), c) Tax Clearance VAT certificate d) Written Power of Attorney e) Priced Bills of Quantities (B.O. Qs), f) Curriculum Vitae (CVS) of technical staff, g) Proof of having performed similar works in the previous 3-5 years, h) Prof of registration as a Contractor. i) List of Equipment's to be used Bids must be delivered ONLY to Arsi MNCH Project located at Iteya City at or before October 01, 2021 10:00 AM. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person. Bids will be opened at Iteya Project Office on October 01, 2021 10:30 AM. All bids must be accompanied by ONLY a CPO of 2% of the total bid amount. Good Neighbors Ethiopia has the right to accept or reject all or any parts of the bid at any time.
