- Tenders are invited for Norwegian Church Aid (Nca) Wants to Rent Recent Model Double Pickup for its Operation in Gambella Zuria and Refugee Camp Eligibility: Bidders must have renewed licence and insurance. Besides, a previous experience supported with certificates from client/s is/are mandatory. Bidders should submit their technical and financial offers Separately in wax-sealed envelopes separately to NCA-s Procurement on or before January 22, 2022, 4:30 PM and must be accompanied by a bid bond amounting to two (1%) of the offer in the form of CPO or bank guarantee. Evaluation Criteria- Technical criteria have 70% & Financial Criteria has 30% weight.
