- Expression of Interest are invited for Rent a Two-Story Cinema Hall Located at Arat kilo (Nib Bank 2B+G+7 building, adjacent to the Tourist hotel). The Cinema Hall is situated at the 3rd floor which is provided with a built in Cinema Hall Chairs, where the 1st floor could accommodate a total of 296 people while the upstairs could accommodate 90 people. The Cinema Hall is also furnished with all the basic requirements including the provision of automatic curtain in front of the mini stage, screen. Back stage changing and preparation room together with an independent stair to the back stage running from the Semi Basement to the 3rd floor. It is also provided with soundproof wall, floor and ceiling. It has an inbuilt Air Conditioning (AC) system. It has wide waiting area, ticket area, dedicated toilet for Gents & Ladies, Fast food area The Scope of work Annual rental fee to be made to the Bank. Provision of UpToDate Sound system to be provided and installed by the Tenant's own cost. Addressing any mandatory modification works at own cost.
