- Tenders are invited for Rental Car Service Providers FSA invites interested and qualified rental car service providers to sign a One year framework Contract agreement for Vehicle rental needs as per the detailed listed below: Operational Area: Afar regional state (in 5 zones) Service provision: on call basis Vehicle type and model : Toyota Hardtop Station Wagon (Mark II) (Production Year = 2010) Field Vehicle with qualified and hospitable driver Price per day without fuel Fuel cost will be covered by FSA on reimbursement basis i.e. the car will be ready with full tank and FSA will return full tank. Plate code must be a 3-xxxx Bidders are expected to submit a Bid bond amounting ETB 20,000.00 in the form of Certified Payment Order (CPO) in a separate envelop. Failure to submit will result in automatic rejection The company should attach a letter of recommendation from at least three similar organizations (INGO) by stating the area and duration of service provided. Renewed trade license for Ethiopian fiscal year 2014, TAX identification certificate, VAT identification certificate Bid document will be ready for collection during working hours starting from 12th May 2022 from FSA Head office Addis Ababa.
