- Tenders are invited for Reputable Firms/Consultants with Extensive Expertise and Experience to Produce the Intended Document Ipas is a non-profit making global organization with its head office based in North Carolina, USA, and working to improve women-s lives and health throughout the world. Since 2000, Ipas Ethiopia has been collaborating with the Ministry of Health (MOH), Regional Health Bureaus (RHBs) and various local partners to make comprehensive contraception, and abortion care services available and reduce preventable maternal morbidity and mortality in the country. Ipas Ethiopia has currently planned to asses the impacts of climate change on the incidence of SGBV and the existing prevention and responses mechanisms in draught-affected areas of Ethiopia. Hence, Ipas would like to invite reputable firms/consultants with extensive expertise and experience to produce the intended document.
