- Expression of Interest are invited for Requirements of Consultant Who has Prior Experience in Developing Hr Manuals EWDNA is looking for consultancy service for the following 3 assignments: Conduct of assessment. EWDNA is seeking for consultancy firm with a feminist approach and a proven experience to conduct assessment. This assignment is primarily focus on assessing the level of disability inclusion in the Ethiopian women's movement and also target at assessing thegender sensitivity of the disability movement. This assignment is part of a 5 years project that the organization commences recently. The consultant is required to produce quantitative and qualitative evidence on disability sensitivity of the gender movement and gender sensitivity of the disability movement. So, the consultant is requested to carry out an update of the current situation of disability movement actors and gender movement actors at Addis Ababa. Disabled People Organizations, disability movement actors, and Women Right Organizations operating in Addis Abeba are major targets. Preparation of Strategic plan. EWDNA is looking for a consultant to get its 5 years strategic plan done. EWDNA will provide details upon expression of interest. Human Resource manual preparation. The HR manual which has been in use by the organization is not up to date and need revision. EWDNA would like to have a consultant who has prior experience in developing HR manual.
