  • Prequalifications are invited for Restoration and Opening to the Public of the National Palace - Phase 1:Lot 2 &Lot 3 Restoration of Landscape, termite protection of the project site, Restoration (Monkey-s boundary), Lion Boundary, the historical fence with its historical gates, Fountain, site lighting and Sanitary work, Construction of scarcity, restructuring of Art collection area into picnic area and medical care. To guarantee the completion of the works in 10 months, a very tight schedule, it is proposed to organized the site in 3 work areas:  Area 1: Restoration and upgrading of Landscape, the Fountain or water garden site work&Termite Treatment.  Area 2: Restoration and Upgrading of Monumental Stair, Fence, Gates, the Monkey Park & Lion Boundary.  Area 3: The Picnic Area (12) - Medial Unit (12-1)- Childcare (12-2), The new sacristy (2-1) I. RESTORATION AND UPGRADING OF LANDSCAPE, THE FOUNTAIN OR WATER GARDEN SITE WORK & TERMITE TREATMENT A. PRELIMINARYTERMITESTREATMENT  Land escape Termite treatment  Preference for bait treatment, Chemical treatments must be secured against risks for water pollution in thermal water area.  Landscape & New construction Termite Prevention B. GREENAREA According to phyto sanitary diagnosis:  139 trees to remove  Replacement of removal trees  Restoration of the main perspective through the water garden designed by S. Percy Cane  Restoration of historical flower garden around the Entrance Basin. According to termite diagnosis:  Mound treatment  Removal of stumps  Removal of standing and fallen trees and wood piles  Clearing of plants/shrubs along the periphery of the palace  Trees to remove and green care to restore the esplanade C. FOUNTAINS (16) Restoration of the Water Garden:  Removal of the current plumbing and electrical installations.  Demolition of the current technical room.  Construction of the new technical room adapted to new installations.  Repairing masonry and stone work of the 3 basins.  New waterproofing of the 3 basins with resin.  New plumbing installations with type 316 stainless steel pipes, pumps, water filtration system with chlorine, wind gauge to control height offsets. Entrance basin:  2 multi jets identical as the existing ones,3 meters high each Middle basin:  3 Multi Jet-s identical as the existing ones, 4 meters high each.  5 simple jets on either side of the2 Multi Jet located at the 2 ends of the basin. Palace basin:  1multijet identical as the existing one,6meter high  4 jets type fan replacing the existing one sat the angles of the basin,2meters high  New electrical installations:  Powersupply:380volts alternate  Lighting: waterproof spotlights with white warm light 3000Kelvin (Leds) D. SITESANITARY  Water supply line installation.  Waste water line installation.  For Landscape irrigation lineinstallation. E. OUTDOOR LIGHTING  26 circular in-ground luminaries to illuminate buildings.  271 drive-over led in-ground luminaries to light pathways.  22 led flood lights with earth spike to light foliage. II. RESTORATION AND UPGRADING OF MONUMENTAL STAIR, FENCE, GATES, THE MONKEY PARK & LION BOUNDARY. A. MONUMENTAL FENCE AND GATES (15.0) 503mlinphase 1 Monumental Gates in phase1:6gates Clean &conserve  2pillars per gate, except Ambassador-s gate with 4 pillars, with Lion-s sculptureon the top of the pillar  bas-relieffacing the street  Guard house Walls  To clean Fence and gates  To repaint Wall mounted light fixtures: To conserve and restore  Changingsources from fluorescent change to Led.  Replacing broken glass with carved and gilded monograms. B. MONUMENTAL STAIRS (17.1) Decorative iron railings  To check and to restore if necessary Loggia  Micro-scrubbing to clean wall panels  Water barbican holes to conserve  Vaults to paint C. MONKEY PARK (23-1) Volcanic stone building Opus incertum pavement  Consolidation and remanding of masonry.  Rebuilding the semi-detached corner.  Wire mesh and wire structure to be revised. THE PICNIC AREA (12) - MEDIAL UNIT (12-1)- CHILDCARE (12-2), THE NEW SACRISTY (2-1) A. PICNIC AREA FOR SCHOLAR GROUPS (12)-VISITOR-S EMERGENCY MEDICAL UNIT (12-1)- CHILDCARE (12-2) Restoration of existing buildings 2-sidedroof:  Replacement of the existing metallic roof by pre-painted corrugated sheet roof.  Replacement of wood fascia boards as the existing ones.  Verification of peripheral hanging gutters with rectangular rain waterdown pipes.  Frame verification. Facades:  Plasters to repair and repaint. Windows and doors:  5 existing wood windows with coloured stained glass-like glazing:  Transformation of a window into a door according to plan, new door identical as the existing door.  Metallic sun blade in gold anodized aluminium:or remove.  Existing wood door with glazed fan light: glass tor replaces, fan light to modify in order to be aligned with the door. Inside walls and ceilings:  New partitions  New plaster dropped ceilings Doors and fixed furniture:  New doors  Cloak room furniture Plumbing:  Installation of rest rooms  Creation of water fountains in the dining room Electrical:  New electrical installations  Lighting by fluorescent tubes in the dining room Firesecurity:  To upgrade Interior floors:  Demolishing and re construction the ground floor slab.  Construction of new flooring. Internal paint:  Walls to paint. B. NEW SACRISTY (2-1) Newbuilding  Masonry walls cladded with stone, identical as the stone cladding the church.  Peripheral stone base.  Windows and door frame.  3 painted-wood windows with translucent glass  1 painted-wood door with translucent glazed port hole  4-sidedcopperroofwith peripheral stone overhang and copper gutters.  Plaster interior lining and partition.  Acoustic plaster ceiling.  Terrazzo-like concrete floor.  Toilet:ceramic floor and walls, plasterdrop ceiling.  Sanitary ventilation, plumbing, electrical installations and lighting. Lot 3: New Construction of Basement+ Ground Building:  Individual and Groups Reception Unit integrating ticketing, cafeteria, shopping, cloakroom, toilets…  new security checks points pavilions  resting areas for visitors,  Termite prevention for new building and pavilions.  Walls with Glass and Aluminium Frame.  Structure Concrete and steel structure truss.  Photovoltaic Solar panel installation.  Sanitary ventilation, plumbing, electrical installations and lighting The construction Period is 10 Months for all two lots The deadline for Application submission is: Date: November 1, 2021 Time: 2:30 PM Applicants shall not have the option of submitting their Applications electronically
