- Tenders are invited for Restoration and Opening to The Public of The National Palace Lot 2. - New construction of the Visitor's Reception Hall: One Basement and Ground floor Building Integrating Individual and Groups Reception Unit, Ticketing area, cafeteria, shopping, cloak rooms and toilets, - Two new security checkpoints Pavilions, - Resting areas for visitors, - Termite prevention for all the buildings to be executed under this lot, - New walkways for the visitors to access to the new visitors Reception Hall, - Partial restoration of the monumental fence and gates, - Renewing the site sanitary, outside lighting and electricity networks, - Restoring the Monkey Boundary, for the security of the visitor's. - Restructuring of the Art Gallery building as a picnic area for scholar groups, childcare and medical unit (optional). non-refundable fee of 1000 Birr.
