- Tenders are invited for Review and Development of Financial Manual Bid closing date: 20th of October 2023 Bid opening date: No Specific Opening Date and Time Region: Addis Ababa HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation is a registered Foreign Organization in Ethiopia (re-registered with Certificate No. 0040) with the Agency for Civil Organizations, operating thematically in Rural Infrastructure, Natural Resource Management, Support to CSO and Local Governments, Skill Development and employment, and Emergency Responses working areas. Geographically we work in Amhara, Oromia, Tigray, Sidama, and Somali regions. HELVETAS is looking for Audit firms or financial management consulting companies to conduct a review of the existing Financial Manual (FM) and development of a new and comprehensive FM for its programs and projects. Eligibility: Audit firms or financial management consulting companies that fulfill the following requirements are eligible to submit their proposal: renewed professional license issued by relevant professional renewed trade license; VAT and TIN certificates; and related documents to the engagement. Interested & qualified applicants fulfilling the above requirements can request a "Terms of Reference" by email at tigist.koru@helvetas.org accompanied with an official letter requesting for ToR with a scan of a renewed trade license. Submission of Technical and Financial proposal is to be done together with non-returnable relevant documents to HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation, P.O. Box 27507/1000, Addis Ababa (tel. 011 467 2934/35/36) only by registered mail before 20th of October 2023.
