- Tenders are invited for RHRN2 Program Mid Term Review The RHRN2 program is a five years- program (2021-2025) which focuses on young people-s reproductive health. The implementation area of the program is in Bole, Yeka, Arada and Lemi Kura Sub cities of Addis Ababa. Objectives of the Mid Term Review Enable the RHRN2 Partnership to learn about its successes and areas for improvement. Inform planning for 2024-2025, including the adjustment of targets and indicator framework. Inform strategic decisions for prioritization, and hence, increased impact and added value in 2024-2025 and beyond. Qualifications, experience and skills required Proven track record in the evaluation of complex programmes, with specific attention to reproductive health and gender. Experience in conducting qualitative research, including key informant interviews Experience in Outcome Harvesting is an asset. At least 5 years of relevant working experience (e.g. at a civil society organization/ research institute). A University degree in the field of Social Sciences, Public Health or International Development is an asset. Proven writing experience (storytelling/reporting/communications) is an asset. High level (written) proficiency in English is required High level (written and spoken) Proficiency of Amharic language is required Affinity or experience with SRH/human rights/child protection/youth participation, and in lobby and advocacy (policy influencing) is an asset. Ability to commit to at least 20 working days between January - November 2023 (focus February to May). The closing date for receipt of detail TOR will be on December 1, 2022.
