- Tenders are invited for Salary Scale and Job Grade Specification Study Bid document price: Birr 1000.00 1. Dangote Cement Ethiopia PLC is a 2.5million TPA plant located at about 90km from Addis Ababa. It was commissioned in May 2015 and is presently the largest cement plant in Ethiopia with its World Class standards in terms of operational and sustainable best practices. Plant site is at Oromia Regional State, West Showa Zone, Ada Berga District (Woreda), Hulagora Kebele. 2. Time schedule for the study The final document of the study shall be submitted on/before July 30, 2021. 3. Minimum Requirement: Language skills: English Language for reporting Valid business license Professional license Tax Identification/Tax Payer Certificate Value Added Tax (VAT) Certificate Experience in developing salary structure specification Third-party certification Profile of the experts Experience in the cement manufacturing sector is an asset. Note: Minimum experience required is five (5) years 4. Others. Objective, scope, expected outcome of the study and other details will be presented on bid document.
