- Tenders are invited for Sale of Used Furniture and Equipment I) Used Classroom/Office Furniture and Equipment II) Used IT Equipment III) Used Appliances Bid document price: 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 5% Interested bidders can buy bid documents from the school's cashier office and submit their offers from Thursday, Sep 30, 2021. through Thursday, October 7, 2021. from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM by paying a non-refundable cash payment of Birr 100.00. The cashier office will be closed for lunch from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm The furniture and equipment can be inspected of the International Community school compound on the mentioned dates and time frames. Bid offers must be submitted latest by Thursday, Oct 7, 2021, till 4:00 pm in a sealed envelope marked "BID OFFER addressed to International Community School of Addis Ababa and shall be inserted into a bid box prepared for this purpose at the school's Cashier Office The lump-sum offer shall be made for designated Lots. Individual offers for a specific items will not be considered and accepted. Buyers are responsible for the safe removal of the furniture and equipment from ICS premises after paying the winning bid amount within three working days after the letter of award is issued The International Community School of Addis Ababa is unable to provide any assistance, either mechanical or manpower for the removal of the furniture and equipment. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of 5% of the total offered value endorsed by a certified cheque (CPO). The bid bond will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after completion of the bid process. The bid bond of the successful winner would be considered with the total winning amount.
