- Tenders are invited for Sanitary Installation Works for 28+G+9 Office and Apartment Complex Buildings Use in Addis Ababa Bid closing date: Mar 04, 2024 10:00 AM Bid opening date: Mar 04, 2024 11:00 AM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 250.00 Birr Bid bond: 1.5% The bid document can be obtained from the office of Global Insurance Company, Addis Ababa, and Tel: 011 15 6580 up on payment of non-refundable 250 Birr between 8:00 Am to 4:00 pm on any working day for 15 consecutive days. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of bid value listed above for the respective work type, in acceptable form 1.5% of the total price (CPO or bank Guarantee) Prepared in the name of Global Insurance Share Company and must be submitted with original technical Proposal and financial proposal. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr (250) bir. The method of payment will be in cash. The document will be purchased by hand. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 11:00 AM of 04/03/2024.
