- Tenders are invited for Second Round the Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of ICT Infrastructures for 10 Tvet Institutions 4.Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Labor and Skills (MoLS) East Africa Skills for Transformation and Regional Integration Project (EASTRIP), Kalkidan Tadesse / Zayede Chaklu, kalkidaneastrip@gmail.com/ zayedeeastrip@gmail.com and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 8:30 AM - 12:30 AM and 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM local time from Monday to Friday at the address given below. 5. The bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 500.00 /Five Hundred Ethiopian Birr/ or in a freely convertible currency. The method of payment will be in cash or cash payment order /CPO/ by the name of the Ministry. The document will be sent by e-mail or bidders can collect it in person from the Ministry of Labor and Skills, EASTRIP project office. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12th October 2023 at 10:00 AM. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 12th October 2023 at 10:30 AM. 7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as appropriate of amount USD 50,000.00 (USD Fifty thousand only) or equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
