Description:
ObjectivesThe general objective of this work is to: Conduct the verification of the second monitoring report for the Oromia ForestedLandscape Program against the ISFL applicable criteria as specified in the ISFL Validationand Verification Requirements (VVR).More specifically the objectives for the assessment are the following: Verify that the methods and procedures applied to estimate GHG emissions reductions arein accordance with the ISFL Program Requirements and VVR and inform the ISFL Programand the FMT about any non-compliances and observations.•Assess the extent to which the ER Monitoring Report includes a complete and accuratereport on the actions implemented to address Forward Action Request and/orObservations3issued during the first Verification of Phase 1. Issue a verification statement that includes the VVB-s opinion addressed to the ISFLBioCarbon Fund, on the GHG assertion whether representing a positive or negativeopinion. Other verification objectives as described in paragraph 36 of the ISFL Validation andVerification Requirements (VVR).
