- Expression of Interest are invited for Sectoral Modelling for the Ethiopia Country Climate and Development Report. Publication Date: 25-Jan-2023 Expression of Interest Deadline: 02-Feb-2023 The World Bank Groups (WBG) Country Climate and Development Reports (CCDRs) are a new core diagnostic that integrate climate change and development considerations, which are rolled out for all WBG client countries. The Ethiopia CCDR, currently under preparation, aims to deepen the evidence base on the interaction of climate change, and climate policies with Ethiopia's development goals and to identify a set of coherent and selective policy reforms and investment options to realize a climate resilient and green development path. The objective of this assignment is to inform the sectoral and macroeconomic assessments of this report by quantifying climate change impacts (up to 2030 and 2050) in selected sectors and solutions for climate resilient and green economy with focus on: (1) Water and interactions with energy & food systems; (2) Agriculture: crops &livestock; (3) Physical capital: Urban & transportation infrastructure; and (4) Human capital: health & labor productivity.
