- Tenders are invited for Selling of Furniture, Excellent Quality Office Cubicles, Ict Equipment, Including Laptops, 40ft Containers, And Scrap Metals. Office Furniture, excellent quality office cubicles, ICT equipment, including laptops, 40ft containers, scrap metals, and other items as per the below details. Bid closing date: Jul 03, 2022 4:00 PM Bid opening date: No Specific Opening Date and time Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: ETB 200.00 Bid bond: ETB 20,000.00 Bidding procedure and deadline: Bidders should collect the bid document against payment of ETB 200 from ABH Partners office. The Bid Document shall be used as a term of reference. The bidders may inspect the items from 10 am Tuesday, June 28 to 4 pm Sunday, July 2, 2022, in the old office premises of the World Food Program, behind Bambi's supermarket. Bidders need to present a CPO prepared in the name of ABH Partners PLC for ETB 20,000.00 per lot. Bidders need to submit a legibly filled Bid Submission Form provided by ABH attaching the original CPO with it fill July 3, 2022, 4 pm. All sealed bids must be inserted in the bid box at ABH Partners office, where the Lot number and bidder's full name and telephone number are clearly written on the outside of the envelope. A bidder may bid for as many lots as he/she wishes provided that a separate CPO is issued for each lot. Winners will be announced on July 4, 2022, and are expected to make full payment fill July 6, 2022, and remove all items latest by July 9, 2022, 4 pm. ABH will not be liable for items not removed/collected in the specified time even if full payment is made. All items are sold in as is where is basis and ABH doesn't warrant the functionality or usability of any of the items. ABH reserves the right to accept or reject the bid as a whole or part of it at its own desecration without giving any reason. CPOs will be returned to successful bidders after they removed won items and for unsuccessful bidders on July 11, 2022.
