- Tenders are invited for Candidate to Serve as a Senior Researcher for Two Research Projects 1. Reestablishing Capital Market, Policy, and Regulations: International Lessons and Ethiopia-s Need For Reform 2. Digital Finance and Interbank Competition in Ethiopia Types of employment Contruct ( on average for 6 effective working month) but the agreement is subject to monthly updates. Level XXI and Above (Senior or Lead researcher ) Number of vacant positions 5 Education and experience · Ph.D. in Economics: Financial economics, Economic Policy Analysis, Development Economics, Public Policy Industrial economics or closely related field. Ph.D. in Economics with the following conditions · Experience: 8 Years & above experience as a researcher or Teacher at higher education, applicant with research experience on stated research projects will be given due considerations. · Excellent command of STATA and EVIEWS are mandatory Essential duties Designing questionnaire, Conducting research, policy advice, and policy communications concerning the selected research projects. The Applicant would be responsible for timely completion of research projects, actively publish papers/books, and participate in various conferences, policy advisory forums, and capacity-strengthening training programs.
