Tenders are invited for Shayosh Boarding School Food Supply Bid document price: Birr 300.00 Bid bond: Birr 100,000.00 Bidders of the food supply with valid license for the current Ethiopian year and renewed trade and industry development certificate VAT registration certificate tax clearance certificate with supporting letter can participate in the bid A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased from the address below against payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian 300 Birr (three hundred birr) starting from the first date of appearance of this invitation notice on the newspaper. All bids must be accompanied by security not greater than 100,00 (one hundred thousand birrs) in the form of CPO or bank guarantee through an authorized bank in Ethiopia in a spare and labeled envelope or in the original a technical document, Bidders are instructed to summit separately sealed (original ) one photocopy of the original in both technical and financial proposals. The bid must be delivered to the address below after fourteen days. The bid will be closed on the day of delivery and open after two days. Bidders are instructed to seal, stamp all forms of bid documents failure of this may lead to bidding rejection. All bids must include value-added tax (VAT) on the summary of price. School administration has the right to reject or accept any bid.
