Project Overview TSINAT REAL ESTATE SHARE COMPANY is seeking proposals from qualified Foundation Specialists and contractors with category BC-2 or GC-2 and above for the work of Shoring Design and Construction as a "lot one" work and a labor work of the structural and associated construction work as "lot two" work of 3B+SB+G+23+T mixed-Use Building on 1040.90m² Plot of land. The project is located around paisa , Churchill avenue, on the main road from "Tewdross square" to the capitol The building has accommodations of Commercial functions, Offices, and Residential Apartments including basement Parking spaces. The scope of the work is on two lots of which the first lot is Shoring works (excluding excavation work) and labor work of structural work will be the second lot. Interested and qualified bidders may participate either in one of the two lots or on both lots. 2. Eligibility Criteria Bidding will be conducted in accordance with national competitive bidding (NCB) tendering procedures specified in the Bidding Documents and is open to all bidders. Bidders shall fulfill and guarantee the following mandatory documents. These are: Valid trading license renewed for 2015 EFY; Tax clearance certificate which states its eligibility to participate in any fenders and is valid at the deadline for submission of bids and; VAT registration certificate and; FPPPA Suppliers' List Registration 3. Bid Documents and Site Visit Interested bidders may collect the Bidding Documents with a non-refundable fee of ETB 500 for each lot from the office of the Employer starting from Monday, February 27, 2023 G.C until the bid submission date during office hours from Monday to Friday. Furthermore, the site will be open and accessible for eligible bidders during the tender preparation period until the submission date. It is also noted that a Site visit is mandatory for all bidders. 4. Bid Submission For both works bidders shall submit in two separate envelopes, one Marked: "Technical Proposal" and the other. "Financial Proposal", including one envelope Marked "Bid Security" both of which shall be sealed One Original, One Copy, and Bid Security and placed in an outer envelope, refer to the bid data sheet. Bidders shall also submit a Bid Security in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee for ETB 50,000 for lot one (the shoring work) and ETB 100,000 for lot two (the structural work). Interested eligible bidders can obtain more detailed information from the bid document. 5. Deadline for Submission Bids must be delivered to the address below of TSINAT REAL ESTATE SHARE COMPANY by 4:00 PM of March 14, 2023 G.C and it will be opened on the next day (March 15, 2023 G.C) at 10:00 AM.
