Description:
The objective of the assignment is to conduct acomprehensive diagnostic assessment of Ethiopia-s national ecosystem for asocial registry and provide a costed implementation roadmap. This will involve qualitative methods including desk reviews, interviews, and consultationswith stakeholders. The assessment will cover contextual analysis, legal andpolicy frameworks, leveraging digital tools, institutional and capacityassessment, design and architecture, operational aspects, budget requirements,resource mapping, and monitoring and evaluation.The final deliverables will include an inceptionreport, a draft diagnostic assessment report, a validation workshop, and afinal diagnostic report and roadmap. The team is looking for the services of afirm that has a proven track record of successfully designing or implementingsocial protection information management systems, social registries and relatedsocial protection delivery systems. Prior experience in assessing, designing, conceptualizing or implementing Single/Social Registries or similar databasesis essential.
