- Expression of Interest are invited for Specialized Fit out & Refurbishment Project Consisting of Front of House Ablution Facilities, Front of House Change Rooms. Bidders to Comply with and Submit Supporting Documentation Pertaining to the following Minimum Criteria - Registered Grade 1 Specialised Contractor (Qualified to Undertake Construction Activities in Electro-Mechanical & Sanitary Installations, Timber & Metal Works, Joinery, Specialist Wall Finishes & Decoration, and Other Such Specialised Installations.) The Tendering Party is to have Referenced Experience in High End Hospitality (or Equal & Equivalent) Fit out Installations. The Tendering Party is to have Referenced Experience in Fit Outs Valued at Minimum 20 Million Birr. On Site Management is to be Undertaken by Registered Professional Engineer Iv The Tendering Party is to Submit a Trade Licence, Tax Clearance Certificate & Vat Registration, as Well as Copies of Necessary Insurance Coverage.
