- Specific Procurement Notice Invitation For Prequalification Ethiopia Restoration And Opening To The Public Of The National Palace Phase 1 And Car Collection Museum April 23.2021 The Federal Democratic Republic Of Ethiopia Palace Administration Has Received Funds From Agence Française De Développement ("Afd") Toward The Cost Of The Restoration And Opening To The Public Of The National Palace Phase 1 (Lot 1,2 & 3A) And From The Federal Democratic Republic Of Ethiopia (“Fdre”) For A Part Of Phase 2 (Lot 3B), Which It Intends To Apply Part Of The Funds To Payments Under The Contract For. This Project Is Divided Into Three Lots: Lot 1, Lot 2 & Lot 3. One Contractor May Apply For More Than One Lot If The Contractor Qualifies For The Aggregate Minimum Criteria Stated In The Prequalification Criteria.
