- Tenders are invited for Certified Audit Firms to Sign Framework Agreement to Perform Statutory Project Audit for Ethiopian Social Accountability Program (Esap 3) Project for the Fiscal Year Starting from January 1 2020 to June 30 2021 Bidders are required to attach the following documentations as the technical bid documents. Renewed professional license and renewed business license. TIN and VAT/TOT certificates. Organization profile including Evidence of experience in similar project audits. Resisted Certified Chartered Accountants Certificate of professional competency. Details of staff assigned to perform the Audit activities including Experience, qualification and number of staff with position classification. A schedule or detailed audit plan that includes Expected Audit start date and completion date. Audit firms shall submit audit service price including VAT/TOT. Bids must be delivered from the date of announcement up to on or before 19 July 2021 at 3:00 P.M, document will be open on 20 July 2021 at 3:00 P.M
