- Expression of Interest are invited for Study on the Digitization of Government Payments in Ethiopia. The World Bank is Seeking the Services of a Firm to Implement a Survey of Beneficiaries of a Public Works and Cash Transfer Program Targeting Food-Insecure Households in Ethiopia. The Study will Focus on Assessing the Progress of an Ongoing Effort to Digitize the Delivery of Beneficiary Payments to Eligible Participants under this Program, to Capture Information on Financial Inclusion Outcomes and Feedback on the Services Provided. The Research will Consist of a Representative Survey of Beneficiaries Recipients of E-Payments and Cash Transfers across Five Regions Amhara, Oromia, Snnpr, Diredawa and Harari. Individual / Firm Profile The Consultant will be a Firm. Submission Requirements The World Bank Group Now Invites Eligible Firms to Indicate Their Interest in Providing the Services.
