Description:
Tenders are invited for Study of Ten-Year Strategic Plan for the Company.. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using a non-discretionary pass/fail criterion (for pre-evaluation qualification) and through technical and financial evaluation (for selection of lowest evaluated bidder). All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 5% of the bidding amount in the cash payment order (CPO), bank draft or letter of credit. The bid security shall be valid for 90 days prior to the bid floated date. A complete set of bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders during the bid floating period by paying nonrefundable Birr 100, from our Company Addis Ababa Office. Bid opening shall be on February 27, 2021 10:00 a.m. at National Transport PLC Addis Ababa Office.
