- Tenders are invited for Sub-Contracting on the Prevention of Std and Hiv/Aids According to the Particular Technical Specification in Division 12 Item No. 12.01 & 12.02 All bids must be wax-sealed separately (financially and technically) and accompanied by bid security of ETB 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Birr only) in the form of a certified cheque/CPO bank guarantee in favor of Narucon Construction Plc valid for a period of 60 days from the date of bid submission. The bids must be delivered to the above address seven days from the announced date before 2:00 pm. Bids will be opened in presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend at the above address at 2:30 pm
