- Expression of Interest are invited for Supervision (Consulting) and Approval of Feasibility Study, Project Design, And Construction Work Bids opening date: 14 consecutive days at 2:30 PM Addis Ababa City Administration River Basin and Green arca Development and Administration Agency(RBGADA), invites all eligible Consultants of Category CAE-II who are financially and technically capable to provide Consultancy Service of Design and Construction Supervision. Each bidders should provide renewed Trade Licenses in the field, TIN, VAT, and TAX clearance certificates, certificates of competency in the field from authorized body and other documents required in the EOL. Each bidder shall submit VAT registration and VAT clearance certifications, Each company shall demonstrate to be registered within the Federal Procurement Agency of Ethiopia. Each bidder should have at least 10 years of experience in the sanitation sector and 5 years in landscape architecture; Each bidder shall have successfully completed the supervision of at least 1 waste water management project. Bidding will be in accordance with the open ICB contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the City Government of Addis Ababa and is open to all bidders from eligible source. Interested eligible bidders may inspect the bidding document at Procurement department and obtain further information from the Agency from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. A complete set of EOI documents in English may be available for interested bidders at the Agency procurement department. EOI must be delivered to the Agency located in the address written below on or before the end of 14 consecutive days starting the first day of issuance of this bid announcement on Addis Zemen and Ethiopian Herald Newspapers on working days (all Monday to Friday unless stated as non-working day in the calendar) from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and bids closed at 2:00PM and will be opened on the same 14th closing day, at the address stated below at 2:30PM in the presence of the bidders or bidders representatives case the 14th day fall in nonworking day, bid closing and bid opening will be transferred to the next working day. Late bidders will be automatically canceled from the tender. Two copies of Technical documents must be provided separately marked with clear and printed identification on the cover page that states whether it is original or copy. Documents shall be issued to the Agency with its appropriate Name The Agency reserves the right to cancel part or all bids and any items on the bid.
