- Tenders are invited for Supping of Power Factor Corrector and Installation Work. Bid closing date: Dec 19, 2022 11:00 AM Bid opening date: Dec 19, 2022 11:30 AM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 200.00 Birr Bid bond: 2% Chemical Industry Corporation Awash Melkasa Chemical Factory invites all eligible, resource-full, and competitive bidders for the supping of power factor corrector and installation work, All interested bidders may obtain bid document from our Branch office located at Addis Ababa Saris Abo Merti Building and against payment of non-refundable Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr). Bidders should present their registration Certificate from the ministry of finance, renewed trade License for the current budget year, and VAT registration certificate. The bid must be accompanied by the Bid Bond of at least 2% of the total value of the bid price in the form cash payment order (CPO) or nonconditional Bank Guarantee Letter. Bidder should submit two sealed Envelopes Technical offers and financial offers each having one original and one copy. The Bid must be submitted to the chemical Industry corporation Awash Melkassa Chemical factory Located 15 Kilo Meters from Adama town along Assela Town road at purchasing team Leader's office. The tender Closing date will be December 19, 2022, at 11:00 A.M, and Technical Offer will be open December 19, 2022, at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their Legal representatives at Awash Melkassa Chemical Factory as indicated under article 3 above. Financial offer will be opened on December 28, 2022, at 10:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their Legal representative at the address indicates under article 3. CICAMCE reserves the right to reject any or all bids without giving reasons thereof.
