- Tenders are invited for Supply of 15kva 3 Core Copper Electric Cable with All Accessories. Bid closing date: Jul 11, 2022 2:00 PM Bid opening date: Jul 11, 2022 2:30 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 250 ETB Bid bond: 2% Bidders who engaged in the sector shall present renewed trade license, trade registration certificate, VAT registration, current tax clearance certificates, and supplier list registration certificate. The bid document shall be obtained from Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise which is located new building on the 3rd floor against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 250.00 (Two Hundred Fifty Birr) during the consecutive day and obtain the bid document from the 10th floor. The bid document shall be accompanied by a bid bond amount not less than 2% of the total contract price but not greater than birr 500,000 in the name of Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise with a technical Proposal in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee or CPO that can be valid at the least 73 days after bid opening. Bidders shall submit a financial and technical offer in one envelope with it one copy. The bid document shall be submitted in the tender box of the ESLSE Multipurpose building on the 10th floor on or before July 11, 2022, at 2:00 and it shall be open on the same date at 2:30 pm (afternoon) in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Late bids shall not be accepted and returned unopened. Ethiopian Shipping & Logistics Services Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject the bids partially or totally.
