- Tenders are invited for Supply of 185 Unit of 6x4 Track Tractor with 3 Axle Cargo Semi -Trailer and 17 Unit of 4x2 Track Tractor Bids opening date: Dec 10, 2021 02:30 PM Bid document price: Birr 500.00 Bid bond: Birr 500,000.00 Local bidders shall provide current/renewed relevant trade license, tax clearance certificate, TIN certificate, VAT Certificate and supplier list and manufacturing authorization letter, Local Agent, shall provide foreign trade agent license or certificate, TIN certificate, VAT Certificate, supplier list, current/ renewed trade license and tax clearance certificate Foreign Bidders shall provide business organization registration certificate or trade license issued by the country of establishment The bid document shall be obtained from Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise at 10th floor procurement department against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (five Hundred Birr) during office hours. Bid document shall be accompanied with bid bond amount of 500,000( five hundred thousand birr) in the name of Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise with technical Proposal in the form of bank guarantee or CPO that can be valid at least 88 days after bid opening Bidders shall submit financial and technical offer in the separate envelopes. Bid document shall be submitted in the tender box of the above address at 8th floor on or before December 10/2021, at 2:00 pm and it shall be opened in the same date at 2:30 pm (after noon) in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Late bid shall not be accepted and return unopened. Ethiopian Shipping & Logistics Services Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject the bids partially or totally.
