- Tenders are invited for Supply of 185 Units of 6x4 Track Tractor with 3 Axle Cargo Semi-Trailer and 17 Units of 4x2 Track Tractor Bid closing date: Apr 08, 2022 2:00 PM Bid opening date: Apr 08, 2022 2:30 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand birr) Local bidders shall provide relevant renewed trade license, TIN certificate, VAT Certificate, tax clearance certificate, supplier list, and manufacture authorization letter, Local Agent shall provide Agent Certificate (foreign trade agent license), TIN certificate, VAT Certificate, tax clearance certificate, supplier list, current/ renewed trade license, Foreign Bidders shall submit business organization registration certificate or trade license issued by the country of establishment The bid document shall be obtained from Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise at New Building Head office 3rd floor against payment of nonrefundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr) during office hours. Bid document shall be accompanied with bid bond amount 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand birr) or equivalent foreign currency in the name of Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise with technical Proposal in the form of bank guarantee or CPO that can be valid at least 88 (60 +28 days) days after bid opening. Bidders shall submit financial and technical offer in the separate envelopes. Bid document shall be submitted in the tender box of the above address at New Building Head office 10th floor on or before April 08, 2022 at 2:00 pm and it shall be opened in the same date at 2:30 pm (after noon) in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Late bid shall not be accepted and return unopened. Ethiopian Shipping & Logistics Services Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject the bids partially or totally.
