Tenders are invited for Procurement of Supply of 2 (Two) Surface Pumps with Accessories to Improve the Existing Water Supply System of Arba Minch Town A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 300.00 (Three Hundred). The method of payment will be in cash. To be eligible for bidding on this project, the contractor/supplier must be duly registered with the license valid for the year 2023; bidders have to be renewed business license Valid for the year 2023, VAT registration certificate, Tax identification certificate, and tax clearance certificate. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security not less than 1% of the bid price Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO in a freely convertible currency in the name of Arba Minch Town Water Supply and Sewerage Service Enterprise. Late bids shall be rejected. Bid closing date: within 30(thirty) calendar days counted from the first-day notice posted on the newspaper at 10:00 AM.
