A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by the interested bidders on the submission of a written application from Sidama National Regional State Irrigation Development Agency, Procurement, Finance and Property Administration Directorate, In front of Hawassa city Administration office, Room number: 09 procurement and property administration Directorate and up on payment of a non-refundable fee for each bid document ETB 400 (four hundred Ethiopia Birr) or Equivalent freely convertible currency. The method of payment will be in cash against receipt. 11. Bids shall be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by Bid security for each project of 200,000.00 Birr (Two hundred thousand) in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO, for the validity date of 106 Days. 12. Bid must be delivered to the SNRS, Irrigation Development Agency, Procurement, Finance and Property Administration Directorate Room number 10, 3rd floor, at or before 2:00 pm after 15 consecutive days including Sunday and Saturday from the date of this announcement. 13. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/ who choose to attend in person at 2:30 pm after 15 consecutive days including Saturday and Sunday from the date of this announcement. 14.
