- Tenders are invited for Supply of Aerial Surveying Bids opening date: 21 days at an hour 10:30 AM Bid document price: 1000.00 (One Thousand Birr) Bid bond: 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand) The Set of Bidding Document may be purchased by Interested suppliers from Ethiopian Geospatial information institute procurement and supply Team Office Room Number 225 against payment of Nonrefundable Fee 1,000 ETB or in another freely convertible currency Equivalent Amount to be Deposited on CBE Account Number 1000001454912 in the Name of Geospatial Information Institute or in Cash against Receipt to our cashier's. The Bidders shall provide Renewed Trade License, Tax clearance Certificate, Tin certificates, Vat Registration certificates, Taxpayer Registration Certificate, and Good Accomplishment certificates or letters This invitation for bid is open to all interested bidders regardless of their nationality and the bid evaluation and award shall be determined in accordance with the provisions indicated in the bidding sets of documents Bids must be accompanied with bid security of not less than 100,000 ETB and in another freely convertible Currency of Equivalent amount and The Bid security should he either in the form of cashier's cheque or letter of credit or Bank Guarantee or Cash deposit against Receipt. The Bid stead for 21 days and Bids must be Derived to situated at office Number 225 or in the prepared Tender Box before the closing date at an hour 10:00 AM or next to 22th date of at 10:00 AM shell be closed the Tender box and will open the Tender in the presence of the bidders Representatives at 10:30 AM
