- Tenders are invited for Supply of Analytical Laboratory Equipment, Supplies and Reagents Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Email: tayewondimu@gmail.com or Kseifu2000@gmail.com The Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours 8:30 AM up to 5:00 PM Qualifications requirements include: country of manufacture of the Goods licensed by the regulatory authority in the country of manufacture to supply the Goods, inspection certificate Renewed Trade license, VAT Certificate TIN, Clearance and Evidence of Supplier registration certificate from Regulatory Agency A margin of preference for goods manufactured in Ethiopia and local companies be applied. Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents. A complete set of Bidding Documents in may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee or in The method of payment will be in cash The Hard copy of Bidding Documents will be ready and interested bidders are expected to collect the bid document in person Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before at 2:15 pm, 22 June 2021 . Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 2:30 pm, 22 June 2021 All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 30,000 Ethiopian Birr or an equivalent amount in freely convertible currency. The reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
