Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Automobile Car 1200CC: qty 5 pcs Bids opening date: Oct 22, 2021 03:30 PM Bid document price: Birr 200.00 Bid bond: 2% A complete set of Bidding Document in English may be obtained by interested and eligible Bidder from the office of Finance Directorate, Odaa Tower 6th floor Office No. 608, Addis Ababa upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Br. 200/Two hundred birr/ from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm local time (Monday - Friday) and from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm on Saturday except on public or government holidays, if any. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Procurement Directorate, Odaa Tower 5th floor office No. 505, Addis Ababa from 08:30 am to 5:30 pm on Monday to Friday and 8:30 am to 12:30 pm on Saturday except on public or Government holidays, if any, All Bids must be accompanied by a 2% Bid Security from recognized banks. All bids in one original plus one copy properly filled in, signed and stamped, and should be dropped in the Tender Box prepared for this purpose in the Procurement Directorate, 54-floor office No. 505 on or before 3:00 p.m. on 22nd Sep 2021. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives, who choose to attend the opening ceremony on 22nd Sep 2021 at 3:30 P.M at the company's meeting hall located on the 7th floor.
