- Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Different Size of Steel Casing Bid closing date: On the 30th day of announcement of this invitation at 2:00 pm local time Bid opening date: On the same date at 2:30 pm local time Region: Addis Ababa Bid bond: 2% This bidding will be conducted in accordance with open international tendering procedures and it is open to all bidders from eligible source countries. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from WWDE's office at the address given below and inspect a complete set of bidding documents in the English language which is available on the WWDE's website or soft copy from water well-drilling enterprise office no 17. Technical and Financial bid documents shall be in separate envelopes & wax-sealed (one original & one copy for each) Bidding documents shall be sealed and delivered to Water well drilling Enterprise's office at Bahir Dar. Electronic bidding is not allowed. Bids shall be valid for one hundred twenty (120) days after the bid opening date. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total bid price for both foreign suppliers and local suppliers (higher of the two) for each lot in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee or CPO and shall remain valid for 120/one hundred twenty/ days. Bid closing date shall be the 30th day of announcement of this invitation at 2:00 pm local time. And will be opened on the same date in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representative at the office of WWDE Bahir dar on the same date 2:30 pm local time. Late bids after 2:00 PM of the bid closing and opening date will not be accepted. Water well-drilling Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid, and to annul the bidding process.
